On Social Media

Dear friend,

Social Media is like an open microphone in the middle of a great rock concert with a large crowd cheering, screaming, protesting, chanting, hooting, insulting, singing along, booing….

And because I’m here writing these lines and you are reading them, I would say that you and I are here too, my friend; we’re here in the middle of this mind-blowing concert.

We’re here surrounded by the energy of the crowd, dancing, jumping, being pushed back and forth, gasping for breath in the middle of the odours, in the middle of the noise, the music, the nonsense, the intensity, the screams…

And in the middle of this programmed chaos, what are you doing, my friend? Are you trying to elbow your way up and climb onto the stage to become one of the leading performers?
