Lesson 2

Dear seeker of the truth,

Before you reach God with your prayers, first reflect upon your behaviour, your thoughts, on what you have done.

If you are asking for a miracle, make the miracle in yourself first, and then ask for one.

And so, when you pray, bring first your gratitude, then your affliction.

Being grateful shows how faithful you are.

True. Led by ignorance, many people pray without substance and often know little about God. If they truly understand God’s Will, they would not be praying as they do. Instead, they would reflect on themselves, on what they have done, good or bad.

Therefore, before reaching God, think, review your behaviour, correct if there is something to correct, and then pray.

Sal Godoij

Sal is a Canadian writer, philosopher, poet, and indie publisher, author of a thought-provoking narrative that contains mystical messages. Sal believes in miracles, which he claims have accentuated his life, so many of his stories reflect these portents. Sal sustains that we all have a message to divulge in this life. Thus, he encourages us to make our voice heard, firstly in our inner self, then on to our neighbours, and henceforward into the universe.
